
Mango Salsa
Fresh ripe mangos made into a perfect Salsa to spoon over flank steak, pork loin or chicken.
Or, just dive in with a corn chip!
Ingredients
- 1 mango peeled and chopped into a small dice (1/4" by 1/4")
- 3 tlbs cilantro chopped fine (washed, cilantro is grown in sandy soil so often filled with sand!)
- 1 small red or yellow pepper chopped fine
- 1/2 small red onion chopped fine
- 2 tbls red wine vinegar or apple cidar vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 shakes red pepper flakes
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a large bowl, toss to combine and enjoy. Serve with corn chips or over a grilled pork loin or chicken breast. Even Flank Steak!
