
2 Ingredient Pancakes
Well, I decided to start making some of the food that has been shared on Facebook. ( Mostly by me, I love to share!)
I get the feeling that we all share these recipes but I don’t think anyone is really making them? So I am going to attempt to start doing so. I will change it up if I think the recipe needs a boost or I may just say it’s perfect as it is. if any of you have made the recipe make sure to comment about what you thought and anything you changed or added.
This will be a fun project. Martha’s Test Kitchen! Maybe I will assign Sprigs instead of stars to the best dishes!!

This video popped up about a 2 ingredient pancake. Basically :
2 Eggs
1 Banana mashed
My friend at work said she had tried to make them but her banana was too ripe so it was a little runny.
I made mine this morning with a banana that just turned yellow and was still a bit firm.
Simply mash the banana really well and add the two eggs. Whip them up until well combined.
Make them in a frying pan like you would pancakes.
They turned out really good! Not overpowered by the banana flavor or by the egg flavor.
Just right and super low carb!! I dipped mine in maple syrup but the video showed them rolled up with peanut butter in the middle.
