Best Salsa Ever!
I have been making this salsa for 25 years! It's always a hit and never disappoints.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste don' be shy
- hot red pepper flakes if you feel so inclined 2 shakes or 2 dashes of Sriracha
Instructions

Place the first 4 ingredients into a food processor, pulse until fine or chop very fine.

Place crushed tomatoes in a large bowl and add the ingredients from the processor to it.

Add honey, salt and vinegar- stir to combine. keep adding salt until it tastes just right.

Done, fast simple and delicious!!!

Best if served soon after making, stays fresh up to two days.
