Will Pearl Onions Ever Make A Comeback? NO! But Balsamic Glaze Will!!
I was searching around for a redeemable pearl onion recipe and I could not find one. LOL . I think everyone knows they remind them of eyeballs! A lot of the recipes had a balsamic glaze on the onions and I remembered how much I love balsamic glaze! I gave some to my friend as part of her Christmas present. It’s that good.
A balsamic reduction is super simple to do.
( It will stink up the house a little but it’s worth it!)
Serve on grilled chicken, roasted veggies, steak or a Caprese Salad.
